Camp Joan, Year 3, Day 1. Baconjerkyfest

This post is courtesy of Bobby Wafer the minion toy from a Reese's Puffs box.

Hello non-campers! Welcome to Year 3 of Camp Joan! We are currently in a comfortable-temperatured (totally a word) Ghost Lodge.

There's not a real whole lot to tell, really. We left our house in Sellersville at about 12:30. We reached Wegmans at about one. Theo finished up his buffalo chicken sandwhich, and we got our cereal. After that we grabbed our cereal and bacon jerky, said goodbye to Dad/Frank, and we were on our way. The ride was cut down from 6ish hours to about 4. Lots of football talk.

Once we got here, we ate some pizza with bacon on it, and Theo and I had some boneless chicken wings. Yum. Once we finished, we filmed a Camp Joan Update - we'll do it every day, we promise (of course, our promises are akin to the Chicago Cubs philosophy - this year, we promise! Sorry, Chicago Putnicks) - the link is currently pending. Sorry we couldn't write a real whole lot today, because we didn't do a real whole lot today. So, yeah.

QUOTE OF THE DAY
"I'm tellin' ya, if we don't find a quote of the day soon, we're outta luck."
